Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your KirksFolly.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn and unused. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

If you have ordered a Heather B. Moore item, please refer to their policy below.

When you return your purchase to Jenniefer Kirk, LLC, within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your Paypal Account, Credit/Debit Card or Shop Pay Account for the price of the item(s). Any return received outside of the 30 days is not eligible for a full refund and is eligible for a store credit.  Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card code that will be emailed to you.  There will be an automatic 20% restocking fee taken off of the digital card refund amount.

Here is the easy way to return your items(s):

Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Kirks Folly packaging (if available). Any individual item orders that came shipped with a Free Gift must also include the Free Gift in the Return. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

Mail your return, at your expense, via the courier of your choice (example: UPS, USPS, Fedex).

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 7-14 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
