Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

When you return your purchase to Jenniefer Kirk, LLC, within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your Paypal Account, Credit/Debit Card or Shop Pay Account for the price of the item(s).

Here is the easy way to return your items(s):

Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Kirks Folly packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

Mail your return, at your expense, via the courier of your choice (example: UPS, USPS, Fedex).

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 7-14 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
