If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase directly from KirksFolly.com, simply return within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase item.
The only exclusions to this policy are items that are purchased from our Irresistible Offers area. When purchasing items from our Irresistible Offers, all sales are Final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited.
When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of your invoice with your shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately as we will need to file a damage claim report with the shipping company. Please note that all damage shipment claims must be filed within 48 hours from the time the shipment arrives. Failure to contact us within that time period will forfeit your right to file a damage claims report.
